The car buying experience was pleasant. Jimmy was great at listening and understanding what I was looking for. When it was discovered the car I bought had a defect before transfer, Jimmy anticipated my needs and limitations and set me up with the perfect loaner that I was comfortable driving for a couple of weeks. Very grateful for that. Timing expectation was established. Communication was timely when I emailed and texted questions, as well as follow with the repair. More

Our sales person Jimmy was amazing! He made the process easy and simple. He gave us time to talk it over and there was no pressure. Something my husband and I dread when we car shop is the pressuring to make a sale. It was very nice to take our time, test drive the vehicle and have everything by explained to us. The paper singing was amazing!! No upselling and quick sign these docs and move forward. I am thankful for this dealership! Only day two but, will give more feedback when I have more time. Thank you to BMW Westlake for the easy, smooth, friendly process. Will recommend anyone that is looking for a BMW to come to this dealership. More

Everyone here is very respectful and professional. I have worked with Jimmy a few times and it is always a smooth, easy process. I could go to a closer dealership to my home but I prefer to drive far I have worked with Jimmy a few times and it is always a smooth, easy process. This dealership was amazing. From the moment we entered we were greeted and assisted as if we were the only people on the premises (which we were not!). We were offered a beverag From the moment we entered we were greeted and assisted as if we were the only people on the premises (which we were not!). We were offered a beverage and very well taken care of. The hospitality was impeccable. Our sales associate, Jimmy, went above and beyond helping us with the right vehicle. He was very informative and kept us updated on the progress of the vehicles delivery time frame. He was genuine, never pushy, and truly helpful. This is our 1st foreign car purchase - as my husband is retired from Ford Motor Co! We LOVE the vehicle, but just as important, the knowledge and caring helpfulness that Jimmy Laumer offered! We had no hesitation or reservations about this new purchase because of him and because of Jimmy we look forward to being lifelong BMW of Westlake customers. Mike Delczeg was also so helpful on pickup showing us the bells and whistles! He’s was patient and answered all of our questions on all the newest and latest gadgets we never knew we needed!! There is none, I had a problem with my car not working and it hasn’t even been two years since I got it and it’s falling apart. I was speaking to a sales associate and I asked him to see what options I ha and it hasn’t even been two years since I got it and it’s falling apart. I was speaking to a sales associate and I asked him to see what options I had and that I’d like to get put in a vehicle that works for what I need. He gave me one option for vehicle that was only two years younger than my current vehicle (which is a 2010) and I’d be paying almost $300 more for on my payments! I asked him to find me something else and see what our options were and he said he’d call me back. Guess what? He literally never called me back! What kind of customer support is that?? I am literally having an issue with the car that HE sold me and had zero empathy for the situation I was in. Terrible customer support honestly. Disappointed actually as I own my own business and my customers support is no where near what I experienced here. More
