Quick service but crazy expensive. I agreed to $100 oil change and $150 engine air filter, but passed on the $100 cabin filter. MyBMW app said service contract was in place, dealer said “no” and I had to pay. Not sure who was right. No good reason to ever go back there for service. More

I made an appointment for service of rear tailgate lift mechanism back in September. Drove all of the way up there from Medina.
