Hello, we truly apologize the wrong part was ordered. There has been an international parts shortage for almost a year now and we understand this is frustrating. We are still low on courtesy vehicle inventory due to the national new car shortage and we’re trying to accommodate everyone we can. Please give the service manager Jeff a call to discuss further. Thank you for bringing this to our attention.

The wrong part was ordered. Nothing to do with parts shortage. Other dealerships in the area are providing Uber rides for service customers.
