The customer service I received on September 4th for my annual service was good. It was determined that my car needed brake work (even though my X1 had only 8000 miles on it). As of today, 9 /23 I have not been informed that my car can be repaired. I've called the dealership many times. Calling service at this dealership sends my calls to voice-mail. No one from service returns my calls. I have not been able to drive my car for 3 weeks. More
