Hello. Thanks for letting us know about your experience and we're sorry we didn't meet expectations. After service, our porters are to give a quick vacuum, run it through the wash and use the disinfectant spray. The technicians are pretty good about cleaning up anything they do as well. Not sure what happened here, but we'd be happy to give it a quick clean in case we missed it the first time if you'd like to come back. Give the service manager, Carl, a call at 440-887-0000 to discuss anything further. Thank you.

Thank you for the "quick clean" offer, but I live two counties away from Westlake. How does an attentive porter miss seeing grease on the driver's seat, carpet, inside door handle and door sill? How does an attentive mechanic leave all the tire value caps loose and one missing? The car was at the dealership for two weeks awaiting parts, and no service loaners were available, so I had to deliver the car myself and pick it up when work was completed. I do not expect my car to be returned in a condition worse than when it came in! When my Mercedes dealer services my S class, the driver's seat is covered in plastic, a paper floor mat is placed in the foot well, and the steering wheel is covered so as to avoid any unnecessary soil transfer during the service process. The car is hand washed, completely cleaned inside, and the plastic is removed only after the car is delivered to my home's front door and the service porter returns the key fob to me and retrieves the dealership's service loaner, and the Mercedes dealership is also two counties away from my home. BMW is a premium car, just as is Mercedes, but the difference is dealership operations is like night and day and service labor rates are identical. This service visit and the prior one at the BMW dealership in Westlake was very disappointing!
