Experience with the staff was phenomenal and I really appreciate that you replaced the fuse for free. That being said, I would have liked my service light reset. This was a visit for 10,000 mile service on a new '21 X5, transfer of service to me and purchase of an extended service contract. Cassie did an excellent job and was extremely helpful. 2 issues: 1. X5, transfer of service to me and purchase of an extended service contract. Cassie did an excellent job and was extremely helpful. 2 issues: 1.) Car was detailed and cleaned completely except for the windows which were terrible. Worse than when I dropped off the car. They had to be re-done when I got home. 2.) Although there were no other customers, it took a good 10-15 minutes to retrieve my car. Not world class service here ( Cassie was not there). More
