BMW of Westlake was able to get my 5 Series in for an oil change and brakes on very short notice before the holiday. The service was quick and the staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. It started off fine. Cory found a porter to get me back to Crocker Park, which was only a few miles away. The next day they called to tell me the service was done, but we Cory found a porter to get me back to Crocker Park, which was only a few miles away. The next day they called to tell me the service was done, but we're obscure about sending a Porter out or even knowing if there was a porter available. The person I spoke to was not Cory. After getting a ride from a coworker, I then discovered that the dealership charges 2% to use a credit card. To add insult to injury, I was trying to my BMW credit card! Apparently, there's some hoops I can jump through online or use a debit card to avoid the fee. Regardless, a 2% fee shows no respect for your clientele. More
