Naturally my experience included the Sales Manager (and no I don't remember his name) who was quick to support my subtle wishes without a lot of "that car sales haggling". Great deal! Great Car. BTW, this vehicle was not in their inventory but they made sure they could provide me the car I wanted at the price I was willing to pay and arranged a dealer trade; within two days the availability of my car was confirmed and the deal was DONE. Don't want to leave out Jocylyn (I know I butchered her name); she was clear, concise and cogent in her dealings and helped me two days later to expedite my out of state registration "pain in the neck." I'm sure that I'll find others but for now I can pass on my thanks to those three for a job well done. Man I simply love that "new car smell." Thanks again. Mike P More

Everybody is trying to compete with the other to offer the most state of the art vehicle. With that being said I purchased 2015 Toyota RAV4. The entire experience was enjoyable instead of painful. Patrick Evans was absolutely the most patient and fair salesperson. We were very indecisive about purchasing a Camry over a RAV4. Patrick was extremely knowledgeable in all areas and when we finally decided which vehicle we would purchase we felt the deal we got was very fair and walked out feeling very good about our purchase. I love my Toyota RAV4 and would recommend Baierl and definitely recommend Patrick Evans !! More

7 visits over the past ten years and every time I wonder why Of the seven times I visited this dealership only once did I get a standard welcome. Every other time you have hunt someone down or they were always v Of the seven times I visited this dealership only once did I get a standard welcome. Every other time you have hunt someone down or they were always very disinterested in helping you. Maybe they are overworked or maybe they sell more than they can handle. I hate it when the first words out of a salesman's mouth are "This is the only one available". One time they were very aggressive pushing a used car for more money than a new one with incentives. Another time they wouldn't even show a car because they were too busy. Just today I was encountered by a Salesman who was very mouthy and exuberant introducing himself and during the test drive I had to ask the same question three times before he barely made any effort to answer. At the end of the drive he was exuberant and loud again asking me if I am going to buy it. I was point blank upfront this is only a test drive and I am not buying today. Then he mumbles on his way back "waste of time". All it took was 10 mins including the drive. I feel the Moto for the Dealership is "How to Sell em, Cheat em and be a total xxxxxxxx while your at it'. Such a Shame, the other Dealerships in the Baierl family are so much better, This is only the Toyota one that is consistently so bad. More
