They don't clean the cars very well before they sell them to you. The outside was fine, but the inside of my car was full of sticky guck and food crumbs. Really would have appreciated learning about our rusted frame when we brought our Pilot in to have the rear shocks and struts replaced. It has made me apprehensive to return.
