They did a great job explaining the problem with my vehicle, what needed to be done and what the cost would!! The service man also pointed out that passenger side wheels had been damaged prior to my p vehicle, what needed to be done and what the cost would!! The service man also pointed out that passenger side wheels had been damaged prior to my purchasing the vehicle and someone had decided to put touch up paint on them!!! They paint come off after one car wash!! More

Because my vehicle was 1200 miles past Honda warranty mileage, I had to pay for repairs when the right steering tie rod failed. Prior to this I had complained several times to the service department abo mileage, I had to pay for repairs when the right steering tie rod failed. Prior to this I had complained several times to the service department about a clunking noise from the front end when driving over small bumps in the road. I was told when I left the vehicle my cost would be $320.00, however when I picked it up it was $479.00. The service manager did not offer Honda warranty assistance phone number, but I did request it. Vehicle does not have the clunking noise after replacement parts were installed, so I'm happy what that. No courtesy wash either. More
