Service great car wash horrible I was extremely disappointed in the car wash at the service center. After my car was returned in the evening he next day I noticed multiple clear coa I was extremely disappointed in the car wash at the service center. After my car was returned in the evening he next day I noticed multiple clear coat scratches on hood and trunk. I always have taken meticulous care of car and I can’t believe how many scratches are on my car now. The service was great but car wash horrible also I had tons of water spots along with scratches. Best service ever! It was the most positive experience, and Matt is the best. You have the most wonderful, knowledgeable, and helpful employee in Matt. After a short wait, I caught the shuttle to work and was amazed when the car was ready by lunch time as you were also fulfilling an air bag recall as well as the 30,000 mile service. Good and Fast Service I went to Basney Honda to originally get an oil change, possibly a tire rotation and have my brakes checked. I did not have an appointment. Upon arriv I went to Basney Honda to originally get an oil change, possibly a tire rotation and have my brakes checked. I did not have an appointment. Upon arrival I was told there would be at minimum a 2 hour wait before my car could be worked on. I was unable to wait that long and Austin was able to get me in the very next day with an appointment. Faster than I expected!! Your service of having a driver take me back home so I could work and then pick me up when my vehicle was done is a good one as well. Thank you. More
