Basney Honda - Service Center

It took me two different tries to get an oil change & tire rotation! The first time i arrived at 9:00 a.m. and the service dept told me it would be 3 hours before they could get to my car & another 45 m tire rotation! The first time i arrived at 9:00 a.m. and the service dept told me it would be 3 hours before they could get to my car & another 45 minutes for the procedure. I didn’t have 4 hours that day & left. The next time i arrived at 7:02 a.m. & they said it would be 1 hour before they could even start on my car. I stayed. please go back to making apptmts since i come from Dowagiac, mi The actual service dept is great & i trust their work. I want to stay with Basney Honda for my car needs but i may have to go somewhere else More

Had a bit of difficulty getting an appointment. Was told several time the system was down and would have to call back. After several calls I requested the service dept call me when the system was running ag several time the system was down and would have to call back. After several calls I requested the service dept call me when the system was running again. Received no call. Called back and got Brian a different service rep and was able to make an appointment. The service work was covered by a service bulletin as I suspected. Work was completed in 1 day and there was no charge plus a courtesy car wash. Brian was most helpful. More
