I was a customer with an appointment at 11:30AM. I arrived on time and gave your staff plenty of time and patience. I left the dealership at almost 2:30pm. Just to fix one tire? Also, I had tire coverage on my lease and your staff failed to find that. I asked her to find out for me and she said I didn’t have it. She sounded so sure. I ended up paying $220 when it should’ve been free of charge. She could have said she did not have that info or that she was not sure.
