Moreover, I had arrived a tad late due to traffic delays & he was quick to allay my stress. He immediately proceeded to explain what was going to be done to my car & the timeline for it. He also shared his texting contact so that I would be aware of what was being done to my car. When I arrived to pick up my car, he again went over all the details of what was done & brought my car to me. We escorted me to Patricia Schumacher's desk to pay the bill. Ms. Schumacher was courteous as well as delightful as she shared some personal anecdotes with me. Overall, my working relationship with this Subaru site was excellent! Experience It’s to expensive and they charge 125$ each for diagnosing so if you have three problems your going to pay 375$ just to diagnose and nothing fix.
