One of my issues was NOT resolved even though your mechanic said there was no issue. When I picked up my vehicle the issue was quite obvious to demonstrate . Upon checking in I was told that my vehicle would be ready in 24 hours. I asked if she was sure because I thought that it would take longer; what would I know I am only a woman. She told me that I would be receiving calls from her for updates- that happened once in the course of 6 days. There were times that I called to follow up and this service advisor would be off from work and it was a scramble to find an advisor who did. In conclusion, I hope that in the future your employees will be better trained so that nobody needs to encounter the frustration and unacceptable customer service that I had experienced.
