Their Factory trained service technician broke the tabs off my steering wheel that held the airbag in place. They try to tell me that the stereo was broken before they got it not realizing there was a came off my steering wheel that held the airbag in place. They try to tell me that the stereo was broken before they got it not realizing there was a camera in my car that recorded The technician bash my exterior wheel with a screwdriver and rubber mallet to disconnect the airbag. And they still didn't perform any of the recalls. Bob told me I had to pay for the new steering wheel myself even after I showed him the video of his Tech bashing my steering wheel with a screwdriver and mallet. They had my car for nearly a month. They never ordered any of the parts that they broke file the complaint with corporate and after I filed a complaint with corporate Bob refuses to talk to me over the phone and when I've gone into the dealership the people at the advisors desk tell me that Bob's not there . Even though he walked past me on the sales floor without noticing me. He said that his team was doing me a favor by even doing the federally mandated recalls on my car. He told me my car is old and I should buy a new one Even though the dealership called me six different times To buy my car from me I emailed corporate the recorded conversations where Bob is being belligerent and dismissive even after being confronted with the video from inside my car More

This was a terrible experience, from me having to get my own rental, to not having what I brought my Durango to have fixed, not fixed. Now I have to go through the whole process again. My A/C is making a no own rental, to not having what I brought my Durango to have fixed, not fixed. Now I have to go through the whole process again. My A/C is making a noise which is consistent with a leak and low on Freon. I was told that they did not find a leak and it was low on Freon. It’s a 2 year old Dodge, if it’s not leaking, where did the Freon go???? I’m pissed off and am thinking of switching dealers. More
I do want to say that I had the pleasure of working with Tim, service manager. The service, support, communication and customer service were absolutely stellar! He was kind, proactive, professional, and extremely accommodating. It was truly a pleasure to have him assist with the service needed for my vehicle. He kept constant communication and maintained the timeline he offered to me for the process which I know is not always easy to maintain. He is truly, I'm sure an asset to the team and dealership family. He embodied superb integrity, leadership and again a customer service first approach. I would not recommend this service center and sales dept to anybody. I have a 2020 Ram 5.7. I traded the truck in for a 2025 RAM 1500 twin turbo. A light on my dash came on - it said Auto Emergency Braking to anybody. I have a 2020 Ram 5.7. I traded the truck in for a 2025 RAM 1500 twin turbo. A light on my dash came on - it said Auto Emergency Braking (AEB) unavailable - Service Required. Then the check engine light came on. The truck doesn’t have even 3,000 miles on it. I bring the truck to bayside dodge. They held the truck for 1 week. I went to pick up my truck and the light on the dashboard was still on. I had a scratch on my rim and my right side passenger glass window had a hairline crack across. I bring the truck back. They replaced the glass and they took the rim off another truck to put on my truck. All of that and I still had the light on my dash. I wouldn’t recommend this dealer to a dead person. Their service sucks, so does the receptionist. She can keep you on hold for a year. With sales they had the truck upstairs. I did the transactions, put a deposit, traded in my truck. When I went back to pick up my new truck they told me they made a mistake. That wasn’t my truck. After having me there from 12pm noon to 8:30pm at night finally they gave up and gave me the truck. Who works like that? That’s very unprofessional. They lost me as a good customer and I would never go back there again. I hope whoever is reading this would never purchase a vehicle from these people. More
