I would not recommend this dealership, i have a Town & Chrysler and requested a key be programmed. After an hour of waiting they tell me that all they could do was cut the key but cannot be programmed. T Chrysler and requested a key be programmed. After an hour of waiting they tell me that all they could do was cut the key but cannot be programmed. They charged me $30, and improperly cut the key because when i tried to at least open the driver side door it did not work. When I aligned the key to the original it one side was cut correctly and the other side was not correct. So I just paid $30 for a key that does not even work to get into my car. The agent was not even honest to say they messed up and cut the key wrong, but proceeded to charge me and tell me i can get another key online worth $110. Very unprofessional. More
