This dealership is horrible for their service department. I left my Grand Cherokee SRT there two months ago, and I honestly still don’t know what the real problem is and when they can fix it.. I have been assigned a new service advisor 5 times(different every call). Then every time I call for an update they tell me they are going to back to ask the tech and they never call me back. This is the standard. Today I called because I was told my vehicle would be completed this week on last Friday, I call today, Thursday, , was asked to wait for a call back, and never received it. I called service and was told sorry I forgot I’ll call you right back….???? Still no call. This dealer will jerk you around to fit their schedule. If you want professional service do not come here..
