I Dropped off my car at 9:30am and no one called me back all day and next day morning . I have to contact the service department to find out what was wrong with my car . The person talked to me on the phone all day and next day morning . I have to contact the service department to find out what was wrong with my car . The person talked to me on the phone was rude. He told me it would cost $3000 to fix my engine light problem and then kept saying I owned him $200. I told him my local mechanic said it could be a fan modular problem. Because of error code indicated that . The service person disagree and told be pay another $200 to do diagnostics test again. I declined such non-sense and picked up the car. After I picked up my car, I didn’t see any indication that my car being inspected all all . There were no paper to protect my floor mat. If they use computer to check my engine light, then they would tell me the error code was fan 2 error. In this case, none of that happen. I felt I spent $200 for nothing . The company should refund me back the $200 plus tax ! More
