I have to say I was very disappointed with the results of my diagnostics done on my charger. I experiences electrical issues and I got an estimate of a total of $2,500 from a dodge representative stating tha my diagnostics done on my charger. I declined and went to a local auto electrician and found that there was no issues with thr parts at all but just some cut wires that needed to be put together again. That overall work costed me $80. I must say that this dealership was aweful when it came to diagnostics with a laughable cost of parts that needed no replacement. I will not bring my vehicle to this dealership again. More

I have a brand new Jeep Renegade that I bought outright from Bayside CJD. Since I got it in March it had been in for service three times for the same issue. Now this same issue is back. I called for a serv from Bayside CJD. Since I got it in March it had been in for service three times for the same issue. Now this same issue is back. I called for a service appointment and was told I’d have to wait two weeks for the car to be seen again. I was also told I may have to pay for the service...the car doesn’t even have 1,000 miles on it! I’m fed up with the Bayside center. This is wrong. I won’t be coming back. More
