Came in for service. Wasn’t able to wait for my car but was sent home on a bus and two trains instead of offering me a loaner or a ride or something. Very disappointed in that. And then no one contacted me until 9pm regarding my vehicle after I had dropped it off at 9am. But they took very good care of my car so at the end of the day. I am a happy customer. More
