I had gotten a fair deal comparable to what's on the market and I really love my new used Durango. I was not really thrilled with my sales person. He didn’t seem to care enough to sell us anything. I did my research on my own and when I was ready to buy the process was not at all as I expected and too much time wasted. Sean in finance made it an easy transaction. Overall.. I am happy with the car and the deal I got. UPDATE: Lance from Customer Service called me and really listened to my grievances I had. I felt heard and he took care of me. I honestly felt like I won a Golden Ticket. He really erased any inconveniences we had and has changed my whole experience and outlook with this dealership. The reason I went to Bayside was because it was highly recommended and any issues I had could have been totally avoided. Perhaps it was an off day. More
