1st service was very good. Did a multi-point inspection and the completed inspection checklist was attached to my receipt. Price was rated 5* because I used my free oil change and installation of the eme and the completed inspection checklist was attached to my receipt. Price was rated 5* because I used my free oil change and installation of the emergency spare was arranged during car purchase. Service desk recommended oil change at 3 months even though less than 200 miles driven; said oil gets thick - hmmm. Agreed as oil change parts & service was free and I don’t want any problems with the warranty. Note that my receipt says “Cust Request” for oil change. Car had a scratch on the driver’s mirror at pickup; looked like someone had tried to buff it out but silver showed through so I wanted a better repair. Brandon did an excellent repair. You’d never know there was a scratch. Bought the emergency spare kit, which was also installed. More
