The sales rep- Avi, along with sales manager - Geo and finance manager - Terrence all worked together and with me which made me comfortable and helped me understand the whole process and also the vehicle and it’s features. Bob promised to cover my rental by sending a check and never did. My car is also still not fixed. Auto start stop doesn’t work and they don’t give loaners. Horrible place. On top of that I left my CC in the car at the time I left it and one of the employees used it to buy fancy clothing. Very shady place.
