I appreciated the management working with high price tag and lowering the cost. What I didn’t appreciate and felt was a bit disingenuous, I was led to believe the clock spring that was replaced would and lowering the cost. What I didn’t appreciate and felt was a bit disingenuous, I was led to believe the clock spring that was replaced would fix my issues of the vehicle. I come to find out that a second issue arose that the pad behind the airbag needed to be replaced for the horn to work, adding an additional 1,300-1,400 to the price. Was replacing the clock spring necessary then? Being professionals in a field I would assume they would be able to diagnose issues initially, not have problems suddenly pop up. If the price was laid out to me initially I would have swallowed the pill better than having another 1,300 thrown out at me that I was not expecting. This is why I took my car out from the service center. More

Brought my car in in a Tuesday was told it would be ready the following day. The car got back to me around 7 days after I dropped it off. My Jeep has been serviced here about 4 times within the 3 month period. It's always a defective part. When I call to speak to a service representative they are either busy or not available. They rarely call month period. It's always a defective part. When I call to speak to a service representative they are either busy or not available. They rarely call you back when you leave a message. The girl that answers the phone tries so hard to coverup for the rep. This time I will be getting my vehicle tomorrow hopefully there is no other issue where I have to bring it back again. I only seem to have my car.for less than a week before there's an issue. Let's see if it lasts longer this time. Do they install faulty parts so you have to bring your vehicle back and fourth. It's time to go to a different service center especially one that offers a loaner vehicle. More
