The service department is extremely unorganized. They had no answers for me as to why I wasn’t on the list or why this has happened repeatedly. The only reason they took my car for service was because I demanded to speak to the manager-who rushed me off and told the team to take my car. Have bought many cars from them but I will never go back. They straight lied to me on several occasions. Then the kicker was I returned my lease to them (which I leased from them). They told me everything would be taken care of and there would be no fees involved. I get a bill in the mail from the bank in which my least was from a month later saying I owed over $1000 in fees. When I called the dealer they said “we decided not to keep the car and gave it back to the bank”. They stuck me with transportation fees, administrative fees and overage miles fees that they said I would not have to pay when I leased the new car from them. They are liars and are not to be trusted. Do not go here, they will rip you off at every turn More
