Enjoying my new car! To start from the very beginning, I had gotten my brand new 2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee from Bayside Chrysler Jeep Dodge Dealership. I took a chance and To start from the very beginning, I had gotten my brand new 2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee from Bayside Chrysler Jeep Dodge Dealership. I took a chance and went onto the sales floor and bargained my butt off for about 5-6 hours, and left satisfied with my deal on this brand new lease. Now fast forward to 3 years later, my lease is about to expire and I go back to Bayside Chrysler to inquire about trading in my vehicle for a new lease, but this time, I left the dealership insulted and without a new car. I felt like they were trying to take advantage of me because I am a young female walking into a dealership alone; they made me feel like they believed I didn’t know any better and they could talk me into a deal to make more money out of me. I got up and walked out despite their pleads for me to stay. Unfortunately, the sales people that I got my previous car lease from are no longer working at this dealership. After giving it much thought, and speaking to a few people, I decided to give Bayside Chrysler one last shot before I get the car elsewhere. It is now about 2-3 months later, and my car lease is expiring within days.. I was really hoping to be a return customer because I have been taking my Jeep here for servicing the last 3 years, and it’s close to home. I walk into the dealership first thing in the morning, and was greeted by Jason He. I told him about my previous interaction with the dealership and how bad the experience was for me. He was very patient with me. He assured me and made me feel like he will do what he can to give me everything I was asking for at a fair price. Jason got me the deal that I wanted, and introduced me to Sean in the finance room to work out all of the paperwork for the numbers negotiated and agreed upon. Sean was also very pleasant and patient. After crunching some numbers and signing some contracts, I said goodbye to my old lease and drove away in my brand new 2019 Jeep Grand Cherokee feeling very happy and satisfied with the deal that Jason and Sean had worked out for me. Jason also went far and beyond out of his way to make sure my car was washed and ready to go! The 5 star rating is for Jason He and Sean who put in the time and patience with me, and made sure I left a happy customer! If it wasn’t for them, this review would have been a zero star rating! Best Service Manager Bob went above and beyond on solving my jeep problem. Went late friday afternoon without any appointment and told him the problem (engine overheating) Bob went above and beyond on solving my jeep problem.
