Big mistake to come here.. Received a letter in the mail when my lease was expiring to come to Bayside Dodge for special deals if I lease an auto from them. When I showed the Sa Received a letter in the mail when my lease was expiring to come to Bayside Dodge for special deals if I lease an auto from them. When I showed the Sales Rep the letter he stated that the letter "was just a way to get you here". Should have left right then. Sales staff seems uninformed about the cars and terms and conditions of a lease (could not answer questions that I had about the wording on the lease agreement). Management not interested in answering inquiries (despite our inquiries, he never made an attempt to answer our concerns). Very poor communication. My auto needed service before it left the showroom. They included costs in the final pricing that I was not informed of (buried at the bottom of a number of pages). Showroom is very sloppy...oh, and also, if you write a poor review it seems that they cancel your free one year XM radio trial subscription. I admit it, it was my mistake to lease from Bayside Dodge. I would never recommend anyone else do so and I never will again. Go to Westbury Dodge, much more professional, courteous and knowledgeable. More

The service center were very nice friendly. when I leased my 2017 Jeep grand C.. the Sales person never offered us some complement oil changes. We have leased cars before with other dealer ship when I leased my 2017 Jeep grand C.. the Sales person never offered us some complement oil changes. My lease is up in one more year, Not too happy that I was not offered some deals and to also mention that , The sales rep. locked us in a very high lease for that truck.Franklin is no longer working for Jeep.
