Eli was considerate and listened to EXACTLY what I wanted and Terry made it happen. Sales isn't rocket science but having a team mentality harvests everyone's strengths to accomplish the goal... sales and servicing the customer. Sales was obviously on everyone's mind but it never showed, I was surprised at the restraint shown to not use scare tactics or trash talk other dealers as I was trying to make my decision. Ultimately I ended up going with a Cherokee and have no regrets or second thoughts about my decision to purchase with Bayside Jeep. I am happy and would without a doubt recommend this dealer to anyone considering buying any vehicle in the future to at the least stop by and see what they have and what they can do for you. Recommend better communication I've only had my wrangler for a month and it already needed to be serviced. When I called for an appointment I was told they do not provide loaner car I've only had my wrangler for a month and it already needed to be serviced. When I called for an appointment I was told they do not provide loaner cars which is inconvenient when you dont live in the area. When I got there I was told it wouldn't take too long since I got there nice and early. I ended up spending almost 4 hours waiting. After 2 hours I went up to the counter to see what was going on. I was told that they were testing the batteries and that each one takes an hour and a half each to test. Wouldve been nice to know that from the start. Secondary battery needed to be replaced. Not a huge problem but with a brand new car I worry what else will go wrong More
