Once you buy it's your problem Went in to lease a car between my sister and I. Car worked fine for a year no problems, then it started stalling on us and breaking down. We asked Lance for his assistance, and he just pushed us along. His enthusiasm and attitude changed from someone who is willing to help for sale to my job are done you already have the car. The service center helped best they can, and the most significant help came from the service center manager who took the time to speak with us, hear us out and see what he can do. He acted more like a sales Rep than Lance. Advice prices and sales are similar but customer service is vital when your leasing for three years. More
