The worst experience My dealer was extremely unprofessional. We waited hours for our vehicle because we were told they were “under staffed” for the holiday weekend. Our se My dealer was extremely unprofessional. We waited hours for our vehicle because we were told they were “under staffed” for the holiday weekend. Our second key couldn’t be found when we purchased the vehicle and were told “not to call too early the next day for the key because he’ll probably be hungover”. We waited TWO WEEKS until we received our second key. The man dealing with our finances never filed our paperwork, nor did he file our registration properly. I had to go into the dealership 4 different times to fix problems and sign new paperwork. It took over a month and a half after my temporary registration expired, to receive our permanent registration. It was a terrible experience and I will most likely never lease a car with this dealership again. More
