Courteous, Respectable, Professional, and Fair-Dealing This is the third Jeep I've purchased at Bayside and Turgo handled all three transactions. He is a true gentleman and worked diligently to meet my ex This is the third Jeep I've purchased at Bayside and Turgo handled all three transactions. He is a true gentleman and worked diligently to meet my expectations on pricing and the vehicle and options I was seeking. We worked together over the phone and through text to minimize the amount of time I spent at the dealership. When picking up my vehicle, I told him I would arrive at 5 pm and to be ready for me as I only had a few hours to work through the transactions. Not to my surprise, the vehicle was prepped and ready to go and within no time at all, he had me through the finance and motor vehicle processes and on my way. He knew the vehicle and took the time to explain its options and functionality and made sure all my questions were addressed. Everyone at the dealership is genuinely interested in your experience and consistently accommodating. I live in Westchester and make the trip to Queens simply because I know the experience will live up to my expectations. The dealership is recommended and Turgo is highly recommended. Thieves ! Horrible Service Brought my new Jeep in for oil change and tire rotation was told 1 hr ..5 hrs later was told I need brake pads at 510.00 r you serious? Took my help left went to 2 diff mechanics whom both said my brake pads are fine They were just trying to rip me off they get a lot of customers from them saying the same thing ... oh yeah Mr Service manager Bob Kennedy ? On yelp they tell you contact him ... I’ve called for three weeks he is never available , has no voice mail and no email... that explains it because if he did his phone would blow up as well as his emails ... this dealership is a den of unprofessional thieves ... the best is I leased new vehicle from them they didn’t even give me a spare tire Do not waste your time here unless you want to get ripped off or treated like a low life ...
