Waiting Time. I was given a ticket outside and was told to have a seat inside. I waited 2 1/2 hours and decided to ask how much longer. Disappointment and terrible feeling I am very disappointed in the salesman who made several statements and did not produce. There were several items that were never in the car among the I am very disappointed in the salesman who made several statements and did not produce. There were several items that were never in the car among them was the seat being able to fold into the floor. He promised to show me when the car was delivered but coincidently he was off that day. The salesman that gave me the car only did so half heartedly and did not know how the seat works. It is funny that someone can sell a product and not know anything about it. No mats were supplied with the car, no blue tooth, no USB port. All these items are supposed to be standard. More

1st time customer My family has always been a Honda or Audi family. I decided when my Honda lease was up to look at our options in the market. I enjoy the beach and the outdoors hence looking for a 4WD and not an AWD vehicle to lease. Upon walking into the show room I was greeted by Edwin "Eddie" and "Bhav pronounced Bob. Bhav took the time to show every 4WD vehicle in the show room. It took me a week but I ended up choosing the Grand Cherokee Limited fully loaded. I was able to negotiate an outstanding deal with Edwin and Reginald. I was extremely happy and would recommend this dealership to my family and friends. There were no high pressure sales and a very friendly environment. When I leased my Cherokee I realized everyone overlooked the front mats. I went to the dealership yesterday and Edwin greeting me with a smile. He immediately got me the maps and answered my additional questions about the Jeep on how to use some of the features (it's fully loaded and great). When my wife, children or friends are looking for a new vehicle I will send them to Bayside Chrysler Jeep Dodge. More
