Great experience for an out-of-towner I was visiting family in the area when my vehicle suddenly needed serving. Horrible experience I had a jeep trade in, which the dealer agreed to pay off what I had left on the loan. I kept receiving emails from the finance company that a paymen I had a jeep trade in, which the dealer agreed to pay off what I had left on the loan. I kept receiving emails from the finance company that a payment was due on the jeep that I traded in. I contacted the finance company to see what was going on. They said the payoffwas never made. When I called the salesman who helped me (which was a few phone calls) he would never return my calls. Finally I spoke with the finance department and was told they forgot to send the check. If I hadn't contacted the finance company it still wouldn't have been paid. More

Horrible Service Department Terrible service department they are unable to fix the issues without bring the car back several times and poor customer service. I have had to bring my car back five times to fix the rear camera's and its still not fixed plus the number of recall items on these cars is excessive. If you have a recall they wont book an appointment until a month out and this was after the woman I was booking the appointment with informed me that the recall could be dangerous. More
