My advisor was amazing it was a joint man which I forget his name, and Sasha when I called to get the appointment. But my two colognes valued over $300 along with my memory card for my camera for the car wa his name, and Sasha when I called to get the appointment. I had asked about something different than an oil change (which I was there for), and was told if I wanted it checked I could leave the car for the next day to be seen, however they weren’t guaranteeing a time to be seen, which I completely understand, however the way it was said, was not customer friendly. I have been here for ALL my oil changes since I purchased the car in 2021 with not one bad experience or attitude or anything. I was a bit disappointed this day. I hope this isn’t going to be a consistent thing. More
The customer service here is the worst I’ve ever experienced at a dealership. I made an appointment at the end of October to get my car serviced on 12/3/22. I came for my appointment early and was told everything will be ready in a few hours and was sent home. Only to be called back two hours later and told that my parts were not in stock and to come back to retrieve my car. When I came back I waited another two hours because the staff had lost my key. I was then I Siri yes to take an Uber hole to get my spare key because the staff was unable to cut my a new key. After Ave real hours of back and forth and still had to wait almost 30 days and after several phone calls to get my car serviced. It is now 1/20/23 and I still have not been reimbursed for my Ubers back and forth like I was promised. I never get a call back from the desk staff and there’s always an excuse as to why I’m unable to speak with the manager Bob Kennedy. This location will never get another dollar from me. This issue has been going on for months and frankly the apologies are hallow or there isn’t any changed behavior. The staff and management are terrible and and are overdue for customer service training. I’m beyond disappointed with my experience here and wouldn’t even come back here for free. More
