Bayside Chrysler Jeep Dodge - Service Center

Their service attitude is terrible. I tried to make an appointment for maintenance on the mopar official website, but when I arrived at the store, they told me that their system was no I tried to make an appointment for maintenance on the mopar official website, but when I arrived at the store, they told me that their system was not connected. The next available time is a month later, and it can only be walked in after 4pm every day. A few days later, I arrived at the store at 4:26pm and asked for an oil change (pre-paid) and a tire rotation ($25). They told me it would take two and half hours and contacted me when they were done. When no one called me at 7:30pm, I went back to the store and was told it was still under maintenance. Eventually they told me at 8:19pm that it finished and no need to pay. When I asked about that $25 tire rotation fee, they said they didn't give me a choice because the mechanic was injured. I understand the mechanic was injured, but it also meant I waited four hours for just one oil change. I went back to the car to check my dash cam and found that they parked my car around 4:30-7:30pm, and when I returned to the store(7:30pm) to ask about status, they drive car back and start maintenance. This is the worst maintenance I have ever had. More

Dropped off vehicle a day before my appointment. Was told the car will not be checked till 4 day. Was told appointment are not for repairs it’s just to drop off. And no loaners provided. Picked up my car on 5th day and no repair was done while I was told it was complete. Left again with engine light on. Horrible. Unbelievable!!! More

Unprofessional, condescending, sarcastic, and disrespectful. Brought my car in at 6am as instructed by a representative on 9/29/22 @209pm. I had to go out of town unexpectedly and I needed an oil change before I hit the road so I went over to Bayside without an appointment. Jay was able to make sure I was taken care of, as always.
