The fact that he doesn't know my case, proves my point. Has my car for over a month with minimal to no communication or customer service. Puts me in the middle of a mistake another dealership made for me to fix because they don't make money talking to another dealership and other important customers are waiting. If I didn't open a case with Chrysler then nothing would have been done and I can't imagine how much money it would have cost me. The rep from Chrysler took care of everything,the dealership did absolutely nothing. I'm sure there wasn't too many Jeff T.. In the dealership lately.
