Lack of communication. Leasing a car that needed service, no assistance with the obtaining a rental in any capacity...ok cool But why 3 weeks to get my car back? My car had to be towed to the dealership on Monday, August 2, 2021 around 6 PM. It took almost 20 minutes before my car could be put on their premises. Upon entering the dealership, the service agent w August 2, 2021 around 6 PM. It took almost 20 minutes before my car could be put on their premises. Upon entering the dealership, the service agent was dismissive and condescending. On Tuesday, I called to check on the status of my car and was told it wasn’t even looked at. On Wednesday, I called again and was told I’d have to wait until my service agent was in and that he would call. After an hour, I called and was told my car had been ready. I rushed over and had to wait 20 minutes for the paperwork to be ready and another 15 minutes for my car to be pulled around. Upon driving my car around the dealership for 5-7 minutes, the same issue that my car had causing it to be brought in occurred. I immediately called the service department and was met with dismissive and condescending tones once again. My car was brought back to the dealer by a mechanic after waiting 30 minutes. After re-entering the dealership, I was met with rudeness and lack of responsibility of the service department not fixing the problem. On Thursday, I received a call that they believed the problem was fixed but that they felt it was best to do an overnight test drive. I agreed. On Friday, I was called to say that my car was successfully driven with no further issues/complications. The service agent offered to have my car driven to my house but even that took 3 hours for the car to arrive. While I am glad that I have the highest warranty on my car and that I did not have to pay for the work and/or parts, the way that I was treated until it was clearly determined that the issue on Wednesday was the service departments fault, I was met with rudeness and dismissiveness from the people in the service department. Also, I was not kept informed about the status of my car, unless I called the service department myself. This was not the first poor experience that I have had with this dealership and would NEVER recommend them to anyone. More

Prior to the last time I dropped the van off, I had dropped it for a check engine light and a misfire. They told me was faulty cam shaft, lifters and tappings?(not sure if that is the correct part) but dropped it for a check engine light and a misfire. They told me was faulty cam shaft, lifters and tappings?(not sure if that is the correct part) but all in all it cost about 1500, but only 100 after my deductible. They said the cel is gone and the van is good to drive. I drove it for about 20 miles and the check engine light came back on for a cylinder misfire. Brought it back to them and this last time, my advisor said the technician checked and said the spark plug was really black which means they all will go bad soon, so he recommended I replace all of them. I did, paid a nice hefty 950ish dollars and picked up the van after they said it will be running fine. Drove it about 14 miles and the cel came back on and there is a cylinder 2 misfire. So far this is the fourth or fifth misfire that we've had to deal with in less than a year. In which I drove maybe 20000ish miles. Very unsatisfied with the work done to this vehicle, and even more so with how unreliable this vehicle is. More
I called to make an appointment for my door o be looked at because of a back door lock malfunction. When making the appointment on the phone I had asked if there would be a diagnostic fee. Once I got there, they wanted to charge me 300 dollars for diagnostics. Plus the part and labor costs. That is ridiculous since the lady booking the appointment never provided this info. They are way expensive and say different things at different times. Very unreliable and expensive. Not happy. I have bought 2 vehicles from there, when they have ongoing buying customers…they should go out of their way to help out and keep their customers. More
