Called to schedule an oil change and was told to come in the same day. Very accommodating. While doing oil service they noticed my state inspection was due next month so they went ahead and did that also an the same day. Very accommodating. My vehicle was promptly taken by a valet and service was performed as needed. The turn around time was acceptable and additional issues with the vehicle addressed immediately. The work completed seems fine, but there is no communication between the service and the client . I am used to different Mopar where the service salesperson explains what is needed and more import communication between the service and the client .
