Jeep came back from body shop for the second time fixing same issue. Jeep returned from Bodyshop and issue reappeared 1 month later. Owner and service manager stepped in and worked on getting me a new hood same issue. Jeep returned from Bodyshop and issue reappeared 1 month later. The person who did the check in was not helpful. My warranty was expired for the maintenance. I had to call myself to extended the warranty. The person was not busy at all.
