I had to come out my vehicle to get someone to assist me when I pulled up to the service center. I waited about 15 mins until someone came to assist me. I then waited another 4 hours for them to run a test when I pulled up to the service center. I waited about 15 mins until someone came to assist me. I then waited another 4 hours for them to run a test for the Glitch in my radio and after all that it’s still not fix. They don’t update you on the service progress unless you ask. Very bad customer service. More

It took 8 days to be fixed. I couldn't rent a car because the service dept said that my car will get ready in 3days but it was delayed day by day and paying $35 a day for a rental car is too little.
