People often say don’t take your car to the dealership; but when it comes to Bayside Chrysler Jeep Dodge they couldn’t be more wrong. I had a great experience. I made my appointment online, received both a but when it comes to Bayside Chrysler Jeep Dodge they couldn’t be more wrong. I had a great experience. I made my appointment online, received both a reminder email and phone call. Once I dropped the car off I received text messages regarding the status of my vehicle. I scheduled an oil change; the service department did a full inspection and fixed a recall that I didn’t even know I had. All of this work was done successfully within an hour. Taking my Jeep Renegade here was the best decision. My car is driving so smoothly and I am so satified with their professionalism and dedication to detail I could literally hear my car say "there is no place like home”. After inspecting the vehicle after the oil change and tier rotation we discovered damage to the right side front bumper..and immediately brought it to MR Sebastian attention..An oil change turned into 11 tier rotation we discovered damage to the right side front bumper..and immediately brought it to MR Sebastian attention..An oil change turned into 11 days of xxxx..our damage vehicle never left the dealer to go the the bodywork shop..We discovered this when We went to pick it up.and no one had any explanation for us.. No manager to help ... it is now day 13 and I still don’t have my vehicle my vocation plans ruined..Incompetence at its highest is my rating..$1100. And counting on my credit card for a rental that the company stated they were covering.. This is my wife’s 3rd vehicle from this dealer... how is it that No one knew the vehicle NEVER LEFT THE DEALER..TO GO TO BODYWORK SHOP....Why would a $200. Job end up costing a business hundreds and no one seem moved.. More
