Service was prompt. I just was upset that 10 miles into leasing the 2021 Grand Cherokee the tire pressure sensor went bad. They scheduled a service right away which was great but still an inconvenience for leasing the 2021 Grand Cherokee the tire pressure sensor went bad. They make my appointment 3 weeks later. After I dropped my car 8am, after 6 Hours my car still not get any service yet . All people later than me all got service and left. If I can’t get service that day w my car 8am, after 6 Hours my car still not get any service yet . All people later than me all got service and left. If I can’t get service that day why you make appointment with me?why don’t call me the day before reschedule? also that guy (Jay Escobar) lies to me, after 6hs when I ask him status he told me my car on service now but they can’t find problem still checking, guess what I found my car sleeping on parking area. I’ve went for service 4 times in the past month, because my heated steering wheel isn’t working. Everything I go and get the car back it still doesn’t work. Each visit I’ve had to leave my vehicle at the sh my heated steering wheel isn’t working. Everything I go and get the car back it still doesn’t work. Each visit I’ve had to leave my vehicle at the shop for a few hours which means I have to pay for a Uber home and Uber back to pick it up only to not be reimbursed for them. They have changed the “module” and “fixed wiring”. Still doesn’t work............ UPDATE !!! Bayside Chrysler really took care of me. Bob contacted me personally over the phone to schedule an appointment. He also scheduled me to get a ride to the rental car place so that the service dept could take a in-depth look of my vehicle. Not only did they fix my vehicles heated steering wheel, I was reimbursed for the rental vehicle and all of my previous Uber rides. Bob got me 100%, thanks guys! More
