The Service Department are managed by professionals who are cordial. They listened carefully to the description that bothered me with my van - a newly bought Town and Country that had lockout problem. Af are cordial. After the initial inspection, the Service Advisor, Mr. Brian Vicente, kept me all the way with calls of update and receive my request for new service check and return with honest mechanic diagnose. Bayside Chrysler listens - actively listen to customers' voice of request for help and what was bothering me with the van. I purchased my Chrysler Pacifica from a New Jersey dealer as one of the first cars in this new model design. After 9 months of enjoying the car, it showed a "new model car" problem and after several visits t as one of the first cars in this new model design.
