The Service Department are managed by professionals who are cordial. They listened carefully to the description that bothered me with my van - a newly bought Town and Country that had lockout problem. Af are cordial. They listened carefully to the description that bothered me with my van - a newly bought Town and Country that had lockout problem. After the initial inspection, the Service Advisor, Mr. Brian Vicente, kept me all the way with calls of update and receive my request for new service check and return with honest mechanic diagnose. Bayside Chrysler listens - actively listen to customers' voice of request for help and what was bothering me with the van. I purchased my Chrysler Pacifica from a New Jersey dealer as one of the first cars in this new model design. After 9 months of enjoying the car, it showed a "new model car" problem and after several visits t as one of the first cars in this new model design. After 9 months of enjoying the car, it showed a "new model car" problem and after several visits to the dealer, it was clear that they were incapable or unwilling to help. I stopped at Bayside one day and asked Jay a few questions about my problem and he was very familiar with the issue and gave me the straight facts.
