I left my car there for 2 days and authorized work to be done. I had to rent a car because no loaner was provided. I was told on the second day the car was repaired. My wife brought our jeep 2015 grand Cherokee / overland for a routine oil change and state inspection. She wes told that we needed a new rack opnion and cost was $1000.00 and i told her hold off until i for a routine oil change and state inspection. She wes told that we needed a new rack opnion and cost was $1000.00 and i told her hold off until i get back home. She was very upset and scared with the vehicle to druve. I knew we had previously replaced the rack and opnion sometime ago. I went home to look over our bayside jeep receipts and indeed our rack and opnion was still under warranty. I talk to jay and i told him it was still warranty his reply why didnt wife questioned him. I told him my wife didnt pay for it and i told him that you shouldve look into your records and you wouldve seen it was still under warranty in computer. So avoid anymore issues we made appt to fix it on October 5. 2020. That morning i drop the vehicle for the repair. That afternoon at 4 pm i went to pick up my vehicle and was told it miss diagnosed.. its a small leak some where else.. and we didn't need rack opnion.. so as a comsumer of jeep this event alarms me .. this might be my last jeep / dodge ..
