I arrived 15 minutes early and had to wait almost 3 hours to get my car back. What point is an appointment if the wait is so long. I’ve never left you service area in less than 2 hours. Ok but not great experience They fixed the issue and thank God being under warranty I had a $0 invoice. I would have given 5/5 if they washed the car.
