I doubt if I’ll be back. When I pulled up for my appointment, I greeted the guy outside with “Good Morning, Sir.” His total reply with a straight face: “Do you have an appoint When I pulled up for my appointment, I greeted the guy outside with “Good Morning, Sir.” His total reply with a straight face: “Do you have an appointment.” When I walked inside, I stood for almost 5min before being acknowledged — at all. Granted they were busy, but I xxxx sure didn’t feel welcomed. A “we’ll be with you as soon as we can” would have be cool; instead, it was if I was part of their problem instead of part of their reason for being there. When my Jeep, which I purchased there by the way, was ready, I found out because I called the dealership instead of the other way around. I was charged over $600 for rear — just rear! — brakes and rotors. The only reason this review isn’t on Yelp, Facebook, Consumer Reports, Cars.com, CarGurus, YourMechanic.com as well as a bunch of other sites is because the manager, Bob, took $150 off the bill, which eased my frustration just a bit. That said, Bob told me I should have negotiated. Really? I negotiated to buy the car; if I have to do that to get a fair price for service, I’ll go elsewhere. I expect to pay a little more for service at dealership; when I take my other cars to BMW, however, they at least make me feel appreciated. More

I wait for my vehicle to be serviced thus when complete it should be immediately given to me not parked so far away and then I must wait for someone to go retrieve it. I worry about the security and driving of my vehicle. More

I went in for my routine oil change but noticed that there was a recall on a cooling fan. I asked the serviceman if that could be fixed also at this time and he said sure no problem. I waited for my car and was Notified several times of the status of my vehicle. I love this place! More

I really can’t thank Timothy,, Scott and Carl on accommodating me with servicing my 2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited regarding an issue suddenly was experiencing. The whole process was transparent from the minute I contacted TIm, dropped truck off to Scott and Carl serviced the truck in a timely manner communicating throughout the process. I would recommend them to anyone and will certainly be using them going forward for all my Jeep needs. More

Worst dealership I will never purchase a Jeep again; various issues keep arising due to no fault of my own and the car is only two years old. The dealership in Bayside I will never purchase a Jeep again; various issues keep arising due to no fault of my own and the car is only two years old. The dealership in Bayside is the worst I have ever encountered in my 20+ years driving. My car was overfilled with oil by their mechanics and misdiagnosed several times, as the Check Engine light has gone off 6 times in the last eighteen months. The wait is Always many hours long. It appears to house the most incompetent mechanics in the country and is the worst run dealership I have ever seen. I strongly regret purchasing my Jeep, and even more strongly regret buying it from Bayside’s dealership. The only positive thing is Scott at the front desk, who is very kind and personable. More
