Timely service for nickels and dimes The service was done time a very timely manner and the vehicle has been running great since we got it back. However the repairs weren’t covered by warranty which is fine. The problem is when they nickel and dime you for everything. For example $50 for putting a license plate bracket on the car after paying over $350 in labor and repairs seems crazy. More

Slow service You have 5 people sitting at the counter at service/parts but only two are actually with a customer. The same two reps are also answering calls and running tickets from front to back while with a customer. The others just sit there while the customer line starts to go out the front door. The wait to just get to a rep is too long then it takes forever with a rep for one small thing to be done. Then the long wait for it to actually get serviced is ridiculous. Not sure if it’s just this dealership or if it’s like this with all others. But our experiences with other car brands have never been this dissatisfying. Will try another dealership next time. More
