Terrible service , avoid this store. The sales are friendly when you are buying the vehicle. The sales and service department are inpatient, unfriendly and rude after , avoid this store. They say one thing and do another When i called the dealership, they told me that the recall repairs would only take an hour, and that i should come early in the morning but when i got When i called the dealership, they told me that the recall repairs would only take an hour, and that i should come early in the morning but when i got there they told me that they were backed up and that the repairs would take all day, leaving me no way to get to work as they don’t provide loaner cars. This back and forth trip cost me $80 of uber rides. To top it all off, i just got a text from them telling me that the “part” they ordered has arrived And that I should come back. When I picked up the car they told me that everything was done. They never told me that they ordered another part and that it needed to be installed. More

Always looking out for the customer Jay and Brian helped me on 05/21/19 even though they were swamped Jay understood my situation and had my car serviced for oil change and New York Stat Jay and Brian helped me on 05/21/19 even though they were swamped Jay understood my situation and had my car serviced for oil change and New York State inspection I got the receipt from Brian I was almost home and noticed the inspection sticker wasn’t changed I drove back one of the guys that receives cars went in told Brian they immediately took the Jeep and did the work thank you for going above and beyond to fulfill my service needs More

Disappointed Was called by the dealership and told they had the part for my recall when I brought the car in I was on my way home they called me on my cell phone a Was called by the dealership and told they had the part for my recall when I brought the car in I was on my way home they called me on my cell phone and told me to come back that they made a mistake they did not have any airbags for my vehicle. A week later they called me and said they had the part my check engine light was on so Bay change the thermostat sensor. The car is under warranty they said they heard a noise coming from my transmission I told him to check it out since I have an extended warranty. Someone from the dealership called me and told me that the warranty company would not cover them 2 check out the transmission and I would have to pay 8 hours of Labor at $160 an hour. I called my warranty company to make a complaint for not covering the cost and they stated that they never got a call from dealership. When I called the dealership back they gave me the run-around then they told me the airbag wasn't complete yet and no one ever called me back. I really think they were trying to take advantage of me and wanted me to Fork over over $1,000. Not going to check anybody's name in the lower boxes because I'm not doing this to get anybody in trouble I'm doing this to state that I'm disappointed and I expected better. The service agent that helped me was very nice his name was Kevin and I don't hold him responsible at all. He was actually off the day all this nonsense took place More
