Brought our 2020 Equinox in for Routine/Maintenance Service: Oil & Filter Change, Tire Rotation, Air Filter Replacement and Multi-Point Inspection (MPI). The Service Advisor was knowledgeable and commu Service: Oil & Filter Change, Tire Rotation, Air Filter Replacement and Multi-Point Inspection (MPI). The Service Advisor was knowledgeable and communicative, the services performed by Mechanic were "spot on" and the charges were fair & reasonable. That being said, however, I do have 3 Complaints: these routine services took more than 3 hours to complete; I was NOT given a Copy of the MPI Report (as "other" dealerships do) - which would be most HELPFUL for planning future maintenance; and MOST ANNOYINGLY, the Dealership NOW charges a 3% "SURCHARGE" when paying with a credit card!! I trust in, and recommend, the services performed ... BUT, in the future I'll be paying with an alternate (less convenient) form of payment. More

Duck was professional courteous and very knowledgeable. I was in and out in less than an hour including a few texts and phone calls. My trade and purchase all happened within 24 hours, with a vehicle that I was in and out in less than an hour including a few texts and phone calls.
