First service Wednesday 11/20/19 I dropped off my vehicle at 8:45 am for an oil change, tire rotation and to have a wheel checked for shaking. I reminded my Service Wednesday 11/20/19 I dropped off my vehicle at 8:45 am for an oil change, tire rotation and to have a wheel checked for shaking. I reminded my Service advisor that my buddy brought his vehicle in for a tire rotation and the tires were not rotated. Well sure enough my tires were not rotated. The tire they put a wheel weight on had grease all over the rim. I am not even sure they changed the oil. Poor is all in can say. I am very dissatisfied and I am sure not wowed. I have to waste my time bringing my truck over to have things done that should have been done the first time. I am very dissatisfied with The Beaver Chevrolet service team. More
